Kutee Dortch

Kutee Dortch says it all started with a Family and Friends Day invite. After 6 months of visiting, she finally decided to join in December 2021 and hasn't looked back. She says her time at TCC has made her more studious in the word, helped her be more accountable to God's word and given her an environment where she can truly worship freely; the latter of which is one of her favorite things about Transformation Christian Church. Kutee says the worship experience is "definitely transforming", adding, "If you attend ANY service in TCC and you did not worship or feel the Holy Spirit in that place, I don't know what to say" She also loves Pastor Cadwell's leadership; "I like his transparency, the way he brings forth the message [and] how my [14 and 9 year old] children are engaged". Kutee loves how everyone is welcome, or as she says it: "there are no big 'l's' or little 'you's''". She is especially excited for the future as she considers the intimate worship experience where the Holy Spirit is ushered in in every service. She says "It's just amazing. [l'm] excited about where we go from here and I'm just glad I get to be a part of it". Kutee says if you are looking for a bible based place to worship where the leadership is transparent, a transformational experience and to seriously get the word of God and apply it to your life, TCC is the place for you!

Dr. Charles Clark

Dr. Charles Clark has been a member of TCC since 2019. He is a chaplain in the Detroit Police Department, something he realized through prayer was a needed ministry God called him to. It was here that he met Pastor & Lady Cadwell who were also chaplains in his precinct. When he and Pastor met, he says they hit it off, like they had an inexplicable connection. Dr. Clark says of Pastor Cadwell, "I love this guy!". As he came to visit and watch TCC before joining, he says he could see Pastor's vision for himself without him saying a word. He strongly believes TCC is doing what Jesus calls His church to be and do. "Think about the name!" he insisted, "It's right in the name!" (i.e., Transformation Christian Church). He continued, "People feel comfortable coming to TCC however they are. You see the mothers come into church with their hats. Guys come in with their shoes turned. Everybody fits!". Dr. Clark says that was it, he had to join, and has been so grateful that he did.
